Description

Explore the world of vegetarian Jewish cooking with foodie and cookbook author Margaret Hathaway! From Moscow to Marrakesh, we’ll visit a new region of diaspora cooking in each of the course’s six sessions. In every class, we’ll make three dishes: bread/salad, main course, and dessert, and we’ll end each session sharing the meal we’ve created. Participants will receive a packet of recipes and resources for further culinary exploration.

Tuition: $135/JCA members, $150/General public, plus $50 ingredients fee
